Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments by providing advance notice before the scheduled session time.

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider or financial institution.
Payments are securely processed through Stripe or approved payment platforms. Brown Wellness Counseling does not store full payment card details.
Clients are encouraged to request appointment changes as early as possible. Reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate rescheduling requests based on availability.
