Appointment Cancellations

Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments by providing advance notice before the scheduled session time.

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the appointment may qualify for a full refund or rescheduling.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may not be eligible for a refund.
• No-shows or missed appointments are generally non-refundable.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

• Duplicate or accidental charges
• Technical issues preventing service delivery
• Approved cancellations within the cancellation window

Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Non-Refundable Services

• Completed counseling sessions
• Missed appointments without notice
• Late cancellations
• Services already delivered

Processing Time

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider or financial institution.

Payment Processing

Payments are securely processed through Stripe or approved payment platforms. Brown Wellness Counseling does not store full payment card details.

Rescheduling Policy

Clients are encouraged to request appointment changes as early as possible. Reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate rescheduling requests based on availability.
